🚨 Security Cockpit First.

To meet our high standards for system security, we have developed the Security Cockpit for all components of the VIRTIMO SUITE and VIRTIMO CLOUD. It provides users with all security-relevant information at a glance and supports compliance with security standards.

A continuous security monitoring probes for specific vulnerabilities in system configurations and calculates a value based on clearly defined and individually expandable rules. Thanks to the visual presentation, you gain immediate transparency regarding the current status of your integrations. This allows you to review critical results directly and make adjustments as needed.

With IGUASU 4.0, the heart of the VIRTIMO CLOUD 2026, we have placed focus on artificial intelligence, security, and an enormous increase in performance.

Meet Rio, your new smart colleague.

We’ve already announced him, and now he is here: The AI assistant Rio celebrates his grand release, becoming your sparring partner when working with the VIRTIMO CLOUD. Rio goes far beyond a simple search function: Not only does he answer complex questions regarding product usage or the implementation of specific solutions [including concrete source links to the documentation], but he can even generate complete flows based on a simple description.

In addition, we have integrated new AI processors into IGUASU 4.0, enabling developers to build modern RAG solutions [Retrieval Augmented Generation] directly into their flows. This includes processors for utilizing Vertex AI [LLMs and Embeddings] and interacting with the vector database Qdrant.

Upgrade in Performance und User Experience.

Under the hood, a lot has happened as well: We have heavily optimized the server component of IGUASU 4.0, further reducing downtime during updates for you. The frequently used Metro processors have been completely re-implemented with a special focus on throughput and low latency.

The new dark theme ensures a significantly improved user experience. Additionally, copy and paste within diagrams is now supported via the browser clipboard, and the documentation is available to you in English.

The VIRTIMO SUITE 2026 also receives a massive boost in terms of security and user experience through the major upgrade to INUBIT 9.0.

Direct Help: The documentation-based AI assistant.

In response to the increasing demand for AI support, we have integrated Rio directly into the Workbench as a documentation-based AI assistant. He provides you with context-aware answers and assistance regarding the INUBIT documentation in real-time, without you having to leave your work environment.

Improved user experience.

The user experience in the Workbench is being upgraded in several ways – through improved security and new convenience features during login. Sign in securely using 2FA/MFA or conveniently via your Google or Microsoft account. The frequently requested dark mode will additionally round out the INUBIT Workbench next year.

Technical foundation of the future.

INUBIT 9.0 utilizes the latest technical standards to guarantee performance and stability. The VIRTIMO SUITE is based on current components such as JDK 21, Tomcat 10, and Saxon 12. These upgrades ensure that INUBIT runs on a modern and secure foundation. For you as the user, this primarily means: higher performance, improved stability, and future-proofing of the platform.

🤝 A powerful user interface for all occasions.

The BPC 5.0, a key component in both the VIRTIMO SUITE 2026 and the VIRTIMO CLOUD 2026, also undergoes a comprehensive update focusing on teamwork and user experience.

Teamwork and Collaboration.

Thanks to new collaboration functions, the BPC 5.0 becomes a central hub for internal communication and teamwork. Features that previously required a separate module are now available to all users: You can see who is currently online and chat directly with all present users. This is the first step towards an even more interconnected work environment, the functional scope of which will continue to grow in upcoming releases.

Fresh design and AI support.

Naturally, the BPC also shines in a fresh design and offers revamped interfaces in the administration area that make working with it more intuitive. Additionally, you are supported by our AI assistant Rio, who answers questions regarding BPC documentation and even assists you in creating complex web forms.

The innovations are rounded off by the integration of external storage services. Connections to file storages [currently all S3-compatible solutions; Azure Blob Storage will follow] are now possible, allowing their contents to be provided via an API.

For me, IT security is never a completed project, but a continuous process. That is why my clear focus for this release was on increasing application security. With the Security Cockpit, I am proud to say that we now deliver exactly the overview that I wanted for our users.
