The certification is based entirely on an independent and anonymous survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. We wanted to give our team a voice and asked for open, honest feedback.

The fact that the response was so fantastic impressively attests to our lived culture. Our top scores in key areas like team spirit and solidarity (95%), and especially in the category of fairness (99%) make us incredibly proud.
