It isn’t news that VIRTIMO VISIONS thrives on exchange. In 2026, however, we are offering you the big stage for the first time for your very own pitch on the innovative use of AI:

• Do you have a completely new AI vision in mind and are looking for the right approach?
• Do you have an idea for how AI could improve your workflows based on a Virtimo application?
• Are you facing a process roadblock or looking for a solution for making your business processes more efficient with AI?

Submit your brief concept [max. 5 pages, as a PDF] by September 13, 2026, describing:

• Your initial situation: What problems or pain points do you have? What does the process currently look like?
• Your solution idea: How could AI and Virtimo support you? Is anything still missing from the Virtimo Tech Stack?
• Your expectations: What specific benefits are you aiming for? Who will benefit from this AI solution?

From all submissions, we will select a maximum of 3 use cases that will make it to the big event stage on Friday.

Here’s what awaits you at the live pitch: you will have 10 minutes to convince the audience and jury of the innovative power and potential benefits of your idea.

The winning case will be decided together: voted on in part by the audience, in part by a Virtimo expert panel, and in part by AI itself!

The chosen pitch will be crowned live at VIRTIMO VISIONS and will receive 10 complimentary person-days from Virtimo for the AI project to be put into action right away. Depending on how the case is shaped, these may be consulting and/or development days.
