We did it again: Top 5 in Berlin-Brandenburg!

It is an award that comes straight from the heart and from our very own team: We have been named one of the best employers of 2026 by Great Place to Work in the category for 50 to 250 employees. As a bonus, we even secured a spot in the Top 5 for Berlin-Brandenburg! 🏆

Why is this certificate more than just another award on the shelf? It isn’t based on the judgment of an anonymous jury, but on the unfiltered feedback from our own team. The result is a true reflection of how we collaborate at Virtimo and the culture we live every day.

The motto in the headline is no coincidence: We were previously recognized as the best employer in Berlin-Brandenburg back in 2018. The fact that we have been able to maintain and develop our unique team spirit so strongly over the years makes this repeat top result all the more rewarding.
