On July 1, 2026, the pioneering research project BOSNET was launched, aimed at strengthening public safety authorities in dealing with disinformation. Led by the University of Potsdam and in cooperation with the universities of Bamberg, Tübingen, and Cologne, as well as the Federal Agency for Technical Relief [THW], a new analysis and networking platform is being developed. In this interdisciplinary consortium, Virtimo is responsible for the technical conception and implementation of the software demonstrator.
The Federal Network Agency [BNetzA] is getting serious about national market transparency. Starting January 1, 2027, the HEDWIG project is set to consolidate the publication of operational data on a central platform. What may sound like a distant future already requires strategic IT infrastructure decisions today.
This year’s Diversity Day motto sums it up: “when diversity wins, we all win.” It is a statement we stand behind 100%. After all, diversity is one of the V-factors that has always shaped us at Virtimo.

Now, we can finally present the results. 🤩 Just like last time, we couldn’t be happier with the finished photos!
