From new cybersecurity requirements due to NIS2 to stormy conditions in market communication due to AS4 and the 24-hour supplier change – the challenges are great, but the innovative power and the network are greater. 🚀 Before we take the impulses from the trade fair with us and continue driving the new topics forward, let’s take a look back at the past few days.

Here we go again: kununu has named us a top employer again this year! This award means a great deal to us because it is based on the evaluations of our employees. It is a valuable confirmation of what is important to us in our day-to-day work: mutual appreciation, shared growth and a motivating environment.

Speed, efficiency and data quality: Just a few months after the start of the project, A/V/E GmbH has gone live with the first end customer management processes via their new integration platform. The use of the Virtimo Digitalization Cloud makes it possible to fully utilize the potential of chat- and voicebots. With this step, the service provider, specialized in end customer management in the energy sector, is responding to increasing demands caused by the energy and coronavirus crises.

We have been cooperating with Bosch Software and Digital Solutions [SDS] for a long time and receive important support from them, particularly in the area of software development. Now, our partnership has taken on new momentum. During a workshop last month, we were on site at the Bosch SDS headquarters in Bangalore and focused on further deepening our relationship and establishing a joint sales strategy for the future.

It is a very conscious and important decision for us to regularly take time for research projects in addition to our project work for our customers. These projects give us the space to explore key social issues in the digital world and develop innovative solutions together with our project partners – as in the recently completed RISE_SMA project on crisis communication in social media.
